I bought this regulator to use with the Campingaz Camping Chef.As a family of four who go camping half a dozen times a year for two or three days at a time I didn't want the financial outlay, or the inconvenience of carrying a large Campinggaz or Calor gas cylinder around.This regulator allows me to attach disposable butane or butane/propane cylinders with the self sealing screw thread connection to the stove.These canisters are widely available, and if you use butane/propane mix you get a cleaner flame that leaves less soot on the bottom of your pans.Just had three nights camping in the Brecon Beacons, cooking morning and evening and the 3 burner stove used one 500g canister.

Purchased to use a C500 canister with a Cadac and it worked really well. Fit securely to the Coleman C500 and the adjustment value worked flawlessly.Only gripe was that it arrived with chips missing from the paint on it, but doesn’t impact usagePros:- price- secure fitting- works very wellCons- cosmic damage upon arrival

Perfect to connect campingaz grills to the smaller gas bottles made by Coleman (and with an adapter to the smaller campingaz bottles too) - brilliant for one or two night trips.

I used this to connect the smaller disposable gas canisters to my campingaz camping cooker. Works as expected and is great not to lug around a huge 4kg gas canister.

This right here is the correct regulator to use on camping gas cartridges that have a screw on connector such as the Coleman performance gas you can find on amazon.
