I just received the Pro XT package (box) had minimal damage. The product it self had no issues and all parts are included. I have a Specialized Venge Road bike and not a pro more like a bicycle enthusiasts in the local area. I’m in the military and soon (end of Sept 2018) I’ll be flying back state side so I wanted to bring my bike with me instead of waiting for govt storage sending it to me. I’ll update after my travels... will use in future during vacation trips.Update: 2019 Jan 11th I used it and it worked like a charm from Japan to California. No issues and it felt heavy with everything I included in the bag. But no damages to my bike...

Great bag for a great price. Has a cool built in bike work stand. Used it to ship my bike to Cartagena, Colombia for the Ironman 70.3 triathlon with ZERO issues . Lots of YouTube videos on how to properly pack the bike, which also helped a lot, since this was my first time shipping my bike.

Bike stand makes short work of taking bike apart of putting it together. Case is well made, light weight and easy to handle. Being able to fold it down for storage makes it great when you don't have a lot of extra space. Love this case!!

My air sprund DH bike fits in this case by zip tying the suspension fully compressed. The wheel bags are padded. I couldn't be happier
