Works as designed but a bit difficult to install the first time around as the plastic wants to flatten itself out. Needs to be removed if you use a bike carrier that secures on to the front wheel (e.g. Yakima Holdup or Thule T2) as it interferes with the arm. There is also a smaller version which does not protrude in front of the fork which helps resolve this issue but doesn't protect as well on really sloppy rides. I guess this is a trade off which you will need to decide for yourself.

This is great and stops mud being splattered in your face. In my opinion it's the best looking mudguard of it's type as well. It's easy to fit and flexible instead of brittle which is exactly what you want on a mountain bike.Don't buy this expecting it to stop mud flicking off the back of the wheel - that's not what it's designed for.I use it in conjunction with a crud catcher on the frame.

Not cheap for what you get but once fitted its very sturdy at least fitted to fox forks and weighs very little. No more pebble dashed face!

Awesome, weighs very little, keep it on all the time even on fry trails as it stops dirt and stones burying themselves in my face

I used cable ties to secure it to the forks. Very easy to fix to bike, and catches some spray.
