Got my self a cyclyops super magneto due to it been very quite and great product. But when I hooked up my bike it was very load, made me wonder what the problem was. So I decided to give slicks a go, so I picked these due to the reviews and colour.Have to say what a massive difference now turbo trainer is ultra quite and I can hear is the gears on the bike. I would highly recommended these tyres to us with a turbo trainer:- quite- good quality- durableI have done over 800miles now with them on the turbo trainer with little sign of wear. A must for anyone with a turbo trainer.Only things is as they I thinner than a normal MTB wheel new inner tubes will be needed as normal 26x2.10 are to thick,I got 26x1.10 inner tubes an it was full steam ahead

Previously used a hybrid low profile tyre on my turbo, noise levels were comparable to a washing machine on full spin. After the upgrade the tyre runs practically silent and the loudest noise is the sound of the chain/cranks. With the new tyre it is possible to watch the tv or listen to music at a medium volume without any issues. As someone has already said make sure you get yourself a 26" x 1.25-1.5" inner tube. I managed to squeeze a 1.75" tube in however the ride was very lumpy and uncomfortable/annoying. With a bigger tube there is insufficient room for the inner tube to inflate evenly. My only criticism is cost, for the same price you can get a good pair of conventional tyres.]Durability?Time will tell.

well it definately is BLUE and that is good as you can't accidentally use it on the road.I used to use an old tyre instead. However this one gives more friction and, surprisingly, does what the manufacturer says...reduces noise.I have no problem with slip on the trainer. The only issue i had was a flat. that may have been because i used an old (reapired) tube. Or because i inflated to 125/130 (cold winter outside use). Really you are meant to slightly underinflate by 10psi or more to allow for them to heat up and increase pressure when in use.I think as well the tubes tend to get caught under the tyre when repalcing...so watch out for that and inflate properly and carefully.

I normally run a road bike in the turbo after fitting a turbo tyre, but this year with the weather being milder I've run the road bike more, so I looked around for a turbo tyre for the mountain bike as its sitting around doing nothing, I've used a standard road slick before but they just get chewed up quickly. The Schwalbe was best priced with Amazon and they live up to the Schwalbe name, excellent quality, easy to fit and after 600+ turbo miles its still in great shape, highly recommended.

A bit of a tight fit to start with, and being a folded tyre took a bit of working to get it to shape on my rim, but performs perfectly. Have been using it regularly with my turbo and training dvds and whether seated or standing going flat out there has been little slip on the roller and no obvious wear on the tyre or rubber left behind on the roller. Being bright blue also means I don't confuse which wheel I have on my bike before going outside. Well worth it for the price.

I bought this for use on my Tacx Satori. Reason for purchase was because the turbo trainer was wearing out my rear tyre at an alarming rate. The tyre was easy to fit, I put it on my 622 x 15C rim with no problems. I definitely noticed a difference in noise levels after using this turbo trainer specific tyre. Much quieter and also less prone to slipping. Only had for 2 weeks so no long term discoveries, but good so far and I am pleased with the purchase.

I've been running a Tacx Flow trainer for a while with an old, rigid mountain bike with road tyres. Changing to this tyre has totally eliminated any slipping when applying power and the roll is much smoother. I found it slightly difficult to fit to the rim, though some of that was due to the larger inner tube that I had for the original tyres, I must change it to a proper size one day!Definitely recommended and half the price of a Tacx version.

Very quiet and very rolling exercise ring. In itself, the quiet Elite Qubo Practice Expertise reduces the sound level to less than half, and the sound changes from the hurricane of the otherwise lightly patterned road tire to a pleasant quiet hum. Good ring for its purpose. It is worse to say about durability, but at least after a couple of hundred kilometers of driving, there is no sign of wear on the tire.

I used a normal road tyre but it eventually gave up on me. I took a gamble on this tyre but was sceptical regarding the claim of reduced noise. Well, time to eat humble pie. I was amazed at the difference. I only rode for 30mins on my trainer yesterday but what a difference. Almost no noise at all, tyre performed well and was not warm after 30mins of constant use. Impressed? Yes :-)

The blurb claims this tyre reduces noise and it certainly does and does so to an appreciable extent. The blue colour looks good and imparts the impression of a specialised piece of kit.I have seen a review that states that the tyre can be difficult to fit. For me with no particular skills it was easy. This tyre met with my hopes and after 2 months use I am still pleased I chose it.

I have only used this once as the weather is still ok for cycling. So far so good. The tyre went on fine and is not showing the excessive early wear that my "normal tyre" ehibited last winter. So 4 stars at the moment with a view to 5 star if it stays this good for the rest of the season.

Great value for money! The rolling noise of the "Insider's" compared to a normal road tire is much quieter on the role. In addition, the tire has more grip, so you do not have to press the role so strong. Even after several hours in use so far no signs of wear can be seen. All in all Top

I am on a free roll Airon of Elite so far only with road tires .... at high volume and high wear on the not very cheap Conti GP4000 II S. A change at the rear wheel on o.g. Tire has reduced the volume of the rollers massively and after nearly 200 km on the roll he still looks like new!

To be honest not really used it that much at moment but on first inspection it looks very good quality well made I’ve now fitted it to my bike and used it twice it performs really well no slipping when you sprint and it’s is quite overall I think it s very good product.

Previously used a continental tyre which showed signs of wear after first few sessions. The schwalbe tyre looks as good as new, allows me to run a lower pressure and is quiet. Schwalbe road tyres are really good and so is this.
