For me a nice glass of wine is a wonderful pleasure. The experience is greatly enhanced when you have the right wine glasses. Don't be fooled by those who tell you its "all tastes the same" and it's only for snobby wine connoisseurs who can taste flavours in wine that leave the rest of us scratching our heads in disbelief. Saying a wine glass does not affect wine quality is like saying that A Mercedes S Class does not improve your journey whilst driving.Having recently ordered some fine wine which worked out at £20 a bottle I decided to enjoy it with wine glasses worthy of the occasion. In the past I have owned Dartington, Reidel and lesser known brands.

This pair of glasses are an attractive shape and are well balanced in the hand.A large glass of wine (250ml) comes to well below the maximum diameter of the glass which gives the appearance of small amount of wine, despite the reality. The benefit of this large size is that when the wine is left to decant in the glass, the aromas are retained, adding to the pleasure of the drinking experienceI still like to use a simple meditteranean style glass now and again but for a decent wine these glasses are always used.

Very good looking and glasses that can take some beating. Very good price for those glasses. Not as slim and light as the Riedel glasses but can take much more beating and cost much less.

Very elegant and stylish glasses.Just be careful not to over fill them.Absolutely amazed that they arrived totally intact,first time.Packaging was excellent.

Lovely glasses, nice and big for red wine. Very good quality and arrived undamaged, which I was a bit concerned about coming through the post. Excellent!
