I was surprised by the weight of this dinky little lens, it’s metal body and fully manual controls makes this a perfect lens for wide angle video. Upon first usage the lens is really sharp, even wide open at f2. As it’s so wide angle you won’t be getting any nice bokeh but it’s a sacrifice worth making. The aperture clicks reasonably softly which makes it useful for video. If I did have one negative point to make about this lens it’d be the focus ring is a little stiff which can be annoying as sometimes you accidentally end up turning the aperture ring. All in all though a brilliant little lens.

For 12mm, you can focus quite close to an object and the bokeh looks good. The lens is well made, and the focus ring is smooth. If I have one criticism, I would have wished for a 'click less' aperture ring which is really useful for video, the reason I bought it. If I get any decent photography that's a bonus.

Read a few reviews about this lens and found this one from an excellent seller. Not only does it look terrific on my Olympus but I'm into extra wide landscape type print production and given my first attempts with this manual focus lens I'm well pleased

This was just what I wanted, simple manual lens mainly used for filming, but I also take a lot of photos as well, it looks good and works well.

i love this lens very useful I am able to get nice wide images and low light on my black magic pocket camera :D

Focus is at best "fuzzy" at f16 and f22. I bought this lens for astrophotography for which it is great

Bought it for nightscape, can't be happier. Sturdy, good optical quality, easy to use, very good value
