Normally I go for as much protection as possible, I've been using OtterBox Defenders & Seidio Obex for my previous phones & I do have a Defender for my S8, I just fancied something I could remove quickly so I could show off the beautiful Orchid Gray back, I wasn't expecting much but I am pleasantly surprised, it feels great in the hand, although a little slippery when compared to the Defender, it also cushions the phone nicely in what feels like brushed cotton on the inside but the greatest thing about the case is that it is now virtually impossible to put your finger anywhere other than on the fingerprint scanner, unless you are trying to do so for some reason, yes it could be cheaper but it's from Samsung,

It is second order I just made and this case is so far my favorite. I have 4 different cases for my S8 (very slim silicon - doesn't protect enough, wooden - is nice but too hard and also doesn't give protection, and wallet type - good protection but i hate opening it), and this original samsung case is the best. Silicon touch is great to have nice grip on you hand or put it anywhere because it doesn't simply slip out. It does easily collect dust unfortunately, but that is small price to pay. It is protective enough to hold small drops. The reason I give 4 stars is because my last one lasted 6 months before I had to buy this new one. silicon bit teared off on the corners and had scratches on the back.

After the previous 3rd party case I had bought of amazon allowed my screen to crack after a small drop I quickly wanted a replacement.Therefore I decided to go for this Samsung Case as the reviews were fairly positive and looked to protect my phone.After using it for a couple of days I have found that it feels comfortable and sterdy and adds a much better level or protection without restricting the use of the phone like some cases do.The only flaws I have found so far is the issue placing your phone away into your pocket as the silicone material resists sliding.In conclusion I would recommend this case considering the reasonable price compared to other 3rd party cases.

Firstly it feels like what I imagine a baby seal to feel like, nice.It is definitely brand new and original Samsung.The S8 without a cover is beautiful but as slippery as Arthur Daily. This cover sorts the problem whilst not infringing with the phones looks to much.The edge functions still work.The buttons are still slick.Finger print still works with ease.The corners are slightly higher than the front screen it offer some front protection.The bottom of the cover is open to allow Dex connection, I will update tomorrow.To sum up I am initially very please with mypurchase and would recommend.update:Tested today and this cover DOES work with the Dex dock.

I can understand why you'd pay the money for this, as it's good quality, looks great and unlikely to slip out of your hand. But.........if you have a furry pet of any kind, are a messy eater, or a hoarder, this may not be the case for you. Everything sticks to it! I used my sleeve to wipe a crumb off and ended up with the crumb and half my sleeve on my phone. Ok, so that was a bit of an exaggeration, but you get my point. That said, I do love this case so if you decide to buy one, just make sure you can put up with the crumbs and hair (or the removal of them), or carry a lint remover with you at all times.

A great buy. Sturdy and rubberised case gives added grip with no added bulk. The cutout at the back are spot on and the buttons are covered on the side but still retain a nice click, just like the phone itself. The top and bottom are also slightly raised so the screen does not rest on a surface you place it on.If you want a stylish case with some protection that doesn't make the phone too thick this is for you. 100% would recommend.

Original Samsung product and it shows. Fits the phone perfectly and is very nice quality.It's not going to protect your phone from a serious drop but a low drop it will definitely help plus is the silicon offers excellent grip.Only downside its a bit of a sod to keep clean as said grip loves to grip everything from dust to hairs to fingerprints.Overall though would highly recommend.

Case fits the phone well and does not add too much bulk. The silicone provides enough grip to comfortably use the phone with one hand. The one downside is that the case is not very durable. Parts of the silicone have peeled off and revealed the hard plastic shell underneath. Not too big of a deal, but it really doesn't look the greatest. Expected a bit more from the case...

Pros -Quality Case. If your looking to protect your nice and shiny S8 you cant go wrong with this genuine case.It has a soft fabric touch feeling on the inside and silicone on the outside. So far it hasnt attracted many fingerprints.It also makes it easier to reach the fingerprint scanner and overall is nice and grippy.Cons -a little expensive

This case is very grippy, which can be both a good and a bad thing.. good in that it won't be slipping out of your hand any time soon, bad in that you'll have a tough time forcing these into any slim jeans.Otherwise this has already saved my phone unscathed from a 4 foot drop onto solid concrete - so deserves a 5 star by default. Very happy!

Great fit, feels like velvet smooth finish . Needed new cover due to glitter one I previously had causing sound feedback , I thought I needed a new phone! I just needed a new cover! Went for Samsung own brand to ensure no sound issues, totally recommend it’s the best phone cover I have ever bought !

This is a very nice phone case, it is very slim, feels nice to the touch and does not overheat the phone. The only problem with this phone case is that the grip is actually slippery and it will always slide off when at an angle, which is kind of funny when it is made to not be slippery.

These case seems to be quite popular, which unfortunately means the price is quite high compared to other colours available, but I have been using the case for other a month and found it a great buy. Has a very nice touch to it, feels very sturdy, and fits your phone snugly.

Absolutely love this case. It it perfect to the last mm and fits my S8 perfectly. Nice matte finish to prevent my phone from any damage, fingerprints. Adds nice grip to it. Good colour although I would've preferred a matte black instead of dark grey.

Fits like a glove. The phone cover has a slight edge so saves the screen if your phone happened to drop flat on the floor. Also the texture of the cases means it doesn't really slip off services easily as it grips most services.
