I leave early for work so it is always dark, plus with winter looming I will be coming back home in the dark soon, the lights make me feel safe as motorists are able to notice me, the lights are very bright and travel quite a distance to, the front light has two settings which is enough, it can stay solid or you can change it to flash which would be good in the rain or if its a bit foggy, the back light has 6 settings, again solid or a wide range of flashes (again good for bad conditions)

These lights do the work and the fixtures they come with are easy to fit to your bike. Brightness provided by lights is adequate, although not amazing. Effectiveness is still good for the price. My only gripe is that when bumped (ie cycling over a bumpy stretch of road) the front light seems to turn off and has to be turned on again. This is not a major issue but does indicate buld quality could be better. For the price, however, these lights do the job fine in dark conditions.

I bought these lights as my old ones were failing. After reading other reviews I was a little concerned about several of them saying that the lights did not sit on the brackets securely. After mounting the brackets (easier than some people had said) I found that the lights fit securely and they provide a good brightness for the cheap price. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received on the 'click and collect' option.

Bought these lights for my new bike as the dark nights are drawing in and although they are a good product it was disappointing that batteries are not included as stated on the packaging but Argos clearly advertise batteries are included so you have to add another £5.00 onto the price.I did also get a puncture shortly after fitting the lights which has not happened before but I am not sure if that was directly associated with this product.

Bought this as a gift, been told it was very easy to fit to the cycle using a philip's screwdriver and very bright too, also the front lamp doubles up as a nice bright hand held hand bag torch if needed, i would recommended releasing the front lamp torch from its holder and taking that with you once you park up and lock up your cycle, it is very easily released from its holder so it is recommended you do so no one else does and you lose it.

When fitting the rear light, I wasn't tightening the screw very hard, but it ate through the plastic in a single turn, wrecking the holding clamp. I had to sacrifice my rear reflector and fit the light to the clamp for that.Once fitted though, the lights are good, although the front light has a transparent ring around the outside for light to escape, which blinds me, even though the main beam is facing forwards, so I've taped round it.

I purchased this 2-piece LED cycle light for my 16 year old grandson. They were not the cheapest option but seemed to be the best at a reasonable price. They certainly provided good lighting on my grandson's bicycle and he was very pleased with them. I purchased them on-line using the Argos website and collected from a local store. I found the ordering experience easy and straightforward. I was very happy with the purchase.

Needed Lights for my lovely new bike to I can carry on riding it on an evening to keep fit during the dark nights. They fit absolutely perfect and the front white light is so bright and shines for a long distance. The back red light is also bright enough but it has so many ways to shine that it takes a few presses to switch it off, the front light also has a few different ways to shine too. Very good value for money.

As lights they are ok. Lots of flashing functions for the back light. The design is poor though for sliding the lights off the bracket. Front. Ok. Back fiddly and little remove bracket thingy snapped first time my son used it. Should be fit for the purpose of being removed constantly so first use broken bit poor. Batteries can be replaced with it on so no problem. Also as it doesn’t slide off now it can’t be stolen!

Bought this set as a gift, very simple to fit, took no more than 5 minutes to a fix both the front and rear lights to the bike. Both light units can then be very quickly detatched from the small brackets (for safety so they don't get stolen when the bike is parked up and are small enough to even go into a coat pocket). This set even come with batteries included so even better value....!!

Very strong lights. Easy to attach to my bike and very bright! I use my bike for my job every evening riding about 14 miles overall and these lights are definitely worth it. I’m seen easily but drivers and other bike users. The back light has a lot of settings on it and the front has either flashing or non flashing which is what I wanted, very pleased and the battery life is good.

Excellent value bike lights. Easy and quick to fit the brackets and simple to remove these compact lights. Effective LEDs which give confidence that I'll be seen by motorists. Not keen on the light emitted from the top of the front torch as this can be distracting. Easily sorted this by putting a piece of insulation tape over this light.

Purchased these for my Sons bike to ride to school on the dark mornings. Lights are great and easy to fit with several sequences to choose from. However, don't be too heavy handed as day 1 my Son broke the bracket on the rear light. Luckily, we managed to fix it. Lights come with batteries inc which is a bonus too.

Not bad at all for the price. Plenty of light to see by so long as its not pitch black. Rear light is quite bright as well with loads of flash modes. If serious night riding on country lanes or roads , you will need a much stronger front light. It is plenty bright close up , but not very far in front of you.

Doesn't win any design awards but for the price they do the job well.They are settings for lights flashing and light static.I am concerned that the front light doesn't click firmly enough into the bracket - but went for a cycle when the light was attached and didn't fall off so hopefully it will be fine.
