I have had chondromalacia patella/runners knee a few times over the years and this tape has always helped me with my rehabilitation. It's more expensive than other tapes, but I find that it doesn't damage my skin like most other K Tapes, which are often so adhesive that it almost rips your skin off when taking off. These last about a week, and this is for me showering twice a day so they last long. It's easier to wet them when removing and comes off much easier (I usually just remove it in the shower)

This tape is the best tape that i have ever used. I had used to buy my tapes at Superdrug Uk, but since i had found that the tape is cheaper on Amazon, i have been buying them ever since! Unlike most of the kinesiology tapes that are on Amazon ,Rock tape is the only tape that sticks and acually works, its the only tape you would ever need.

Amazing product. I use this to keep my glucose measuring sensor on. It hasn't come off once since using it. Its comfortable, it stays on when i shower (although I often change the tape after if it was a long shower) and is really comfortable.
