I've had both QNT's stack force capsules that this review is based on and also their shot bottles. First off, be prepared to sweat. It says on the back, 1-3 capsules, i find 2 before workout perfect. Tried 3 and I was wired for hours and also when I came down felt a little sick. On 2 however, you get a noticeable boost in your workout that lasts around 2 hours. For getting rid of water And in turn fat through thermogenesis I have to say this does the job. Works best with a decent cardio workout or a HIT style resistant workout

It's a double edged sword,it took me a month to minimize the side effects of 3 capsules for my 2 hour routine.This works but the side effects can be nasty so be prepared. My advice is to start with 1 capsule and work your way to to 3 capsules to reap the benefits.***********Be warned this is not for everyone,and in a few occasions after leaving the gym I started dancing on the street because I was still wired.

God damn it, I was up all night speeding me tits off after having taken two of these on the advice if my brother and several other reviews on here. I had to go to work the next day and was knackered. The next time I tried 1 tablet instead as I wasn't used to them. They do work. But I would recommend cutting down on the caffeine through out the rest of the day if you value your natural heart rhythm!

Woah take 1 only 30 - 45 mins before workout especially Grit or Spinning .... Or it could be days before ya comedown ....... Real good stuff..... No nasty after effects.....

Brilliant price for the item. Been looking for a decent fat burner for a while and finally found it. Would 100% rebuy.
