Excellent quality item with well thought-out sesign and very good build. Two minus points cause it to lose a star:1. The Installation Manual leaves a lot to be desired with minimal instructions and information.2. The price. Though superior to other similar products, this superiority is not represented by the the price being nearly twice the nearest rival's. This is an expensive make though so you might be paying for the Brand.

Comes pre-built and easy to install, took me 10 mins and hey-presto! TV was on the wall.Quality manufacturing, nice finish and swivels/tilts smooth like butter.I highly recommend this item, an absolute bargain!
