Very well damped card. The prism is clear, even with varifocals!Low light illumination is very good, and sit it on top of a torch and nighttime use is excellent. A terrific hand bearing compass.

Good price and prompt delivery. This one was bought as a present. I have had mine for about 5 years. Very accurate, easy to use (even with glasses) and robust. Recommended.

My short range eyesight is rubbish. I bought this so I could read a compass in low light without glasses. Works just fine. It's pretty much a yachty industry standard.

Not cheap, but well made, rugged and does the job well.You will need a light source for use at night though.
