Love the item and looks amazing although you have to make the box yourself if sending as a gift. It’s a shame the delivery partner or courier Amazon used was terrible and kept leaving the parcel wherever they felt like, saying this Amazon did everything to rectify.

Very pretty necklace, bought one as a gift, then another for myself. Pleased with purchase.However, did not come with a box, as is shown in the product pictures, just a flat packed bit of cardboard that you can fold out, a bit odd.

Really disappointed it does not come in a Pandora box or even a bag! It came in a plastic bag!!
