At first I was nervous to get this bike: "It's being shipped from where exactly?" (It did not) "What is this brand?" "Is the quality really as good as it is from the description?" (From what I can tell so far - yes!) In the end, I'm very glad. I went for it. (Noun, masculine) The price is right. It arrives in one piece (expect a very big box :-)), though some assembly is still required (attaching pedals, adjusting the handlebars and break levers). The bike comes with a little compact pump attached to the frame, so do not make the same mistake like I did, and do not buy any additional pumps (unless you want to have two :-)). The bike is sturdy, yet thanks to the aluminum frame not too heavy.

I have owned this Zurich for a few months now and have driven many kilometers with it. Delivery went smoothly, huge box in which the bike was neatly packaged. Making roadworthy was a piece of cake, then had no problems with it. They should have omitted the included "tool set", use better professional tools for this. Given my height, the driving position turned out not to be ideal for me. The stem is not adjustable in height, I solved this with the Cube RFR MTB Stem Ø31.8, black (Length: 130mm), set in the highest position I find the driving position much more pleasant. The supplied saddle is very hard, I could not get used to that. I exchanged this for a slightly more comfortable saddle from Selle Royal.

Ordering process very simple, delivery was short-term and faultless - performed well by Fa Hermes - I was informed in advance in three steps exactly over the delivery date. Ebike was exemplary and well packed and arrived one morning at 8 o'clock. The packaging material could be disposed of relatively easily. The assembly took only about 30 minutes. The Ebike looks pretty good and can be operated well and safely and drive. Compared to my Pegasus Ebike it is much easier to handle. Summary: all the best - I'm thrilled.

I highly recommend the site Bikester very serious shop for unlit customers.Electric high-end bike, fast delivery and conforms to the order, the bike is delivered mounted just the pedals to fix. No unpleasant surprises about the quality of the aluminum frame and equipment. Ensemble is very efficient and very competitive for the purchase price.

Pedelec is ok. The lowest 4 gears are almost never used, since the translation could be a bit higher. But otherwise everything is in order, pedelec can be very good drive, the opposite wind is not noticeable in the sport or turbo mode.

A really good bike. Is very happy about it - seems solid. Only very small note is that alm is used. brake pads. It's ok, but miss a little hub brake.
