Good trekking bike - thoughts on drive After I bought the bike in 10.2018, I've now covered around 1,300 km. The bike has a simple, pleasantly reserved appearance and does its job very well (apart from a few strange motor control anomalies at high single-digit minus degrees). So far everything is great. The tires were immediately exchanged for Marathon Plus Tour, but the Sclaverand valves quickly annoy you. The big sticking point on this bike, despite the excellent implementation, is the Bosch Performance Line drive. When the bike arrived, I was as pleasantly surprised by the bike as the really good packaging - that's the way it has to be. The unpacking was a bit cumbersome ... 25 kg are not just a cardboard handle. Meanwhile, I have brought it to about 1000 km, without battery, I would probably not even made half? The battery performance is great, I had the battery in one of my "rides" but once on a range / remaining time of about 220 km brought ... me, however, is also clear that the battery life, of course, heavily dependent on the terrain, so realistic 80- 130 km ... in my area I have in one direction pretty flat country, in the other direction (no high mountains) but sometimes quite crisp climbs.

The decision for the Ortler Bozen was an easy one for me after a relatively long search. Clear shape, hydraulic disc brakes, derailleur gears, mid-engine and the battery well installed for the center of gravity on the front frame tube above the engine. The drive technology from Bosch was also very important to me. The delivery was very good, everything in order, nothing damaged, very good packaging and delivery. The entire workmanship is very good. I particularly noticed the neat workmanship of the frame, which brings a lot of confidence in the bike. The drive motor of this generation is very quiet. All in all a very good bike at a great price.

Wheel came in a completely closed stable box. Pedals and the handlebars still had to be mounted and was well fixed with cable ties and foam, packaging was perfect. Criticism of the assembly of another buyer and reviewer here I find absurd. Aligning brakes, gearshift and Bosch control panel with Allen key on the handlebars is not a problem. The bike is great value for money, wheels with almost identical equipment costs elsewhere just 500 € more. And the hammer it was, at least in my bike, parts installed the higher quality and also considerably more expensive than what is in the description. So you really can not complain. But I do not know what to write so that no one expects to get it.

Bike delivered in a correct time despite Black Friday. Delivered in a large box. You just had to mount the pedals, turn and adjust the handlebars and the saddle. The full charge can last 7 hours with the supplied charger but it is not worse for the life of the battery. I use this bike to go to work. After 200 km, I am satisfied with it. I think that in eco mode, it would be possible to exceed 140 km but as soon as we use the second power (lap), a range of 80 to 100 km would be more realistic. The saddle is comfortable. Very good gear change and brakes. I just replaced the original slightly slippery pedals with Shimano SPDs because I'm used to automatic pedals.

I own this bike for 1 year and am still a convinced fan. After several longer tours in the lowlands, low mountain ranges and also heavy bike rides with luggage, no failure. The Bosch drive is able to withstand all hardships without complaint. The battery power sufficient even over 100 km with appropriate driving in the low mountain range thick enough. One point of criticism is the air pump, but exchangeable for little money. The installed components are of high quality and designed for long service life. Conclusion a top product and really recommendable.

After 1000 km in urban areas (Paris), nothing to say! This bike is of very good quality and requires little maintenance (some cleaning, tightening screws but nothing else). The derailleur is fast and efficient. Driving is flexible! Cross Paris with this bike is a real pleasure! (I only took 3 times the metro in 5 months !!!) Remember to shorten the hanger to sneak between cars;)

Bike used for almost 3 years and quite intensively and prolonged. Overall perfect, with two points for improvement: - a suspended saddle. I changed myself with a hanging rod from Decathlon (20 euros), this is perfect, absorption of roughness and disappearance of lower back pain - front lamp mounting arm a little weak, risk of breakage

A good bike, was pleasantly surprised that it came almost completely assembled with everything! The drive system is amazing. Weighing ~ 100kg and with assistance I, my two children (27kg total) and bicycle carts are no problem, not even on steeper slopes. The battery capacity is also impressive. Recommend this to be strong!

The bike is very good and is well built. The driving position for me that is 1.90 cm tall is perfect and not tiring. The only thing to note is the quality of the pedals, one seems seized and the adjustment of the change is not perfect. However, in general everything is fine.

Although I drove only about 150 km (everything in the city) and very satisfied. Everything makes a very stable and solid impression. You do not need to shy away from comparisons with other, more expensive brands. I'm looking forward to the tours.

I am almost 70 years old with bladder cancer, I wanted to do some more sports and well it's done 180 km done at the beginning the legs were stiff, but with patience everything is arranged. It's a purchase that I do not regret.
