I have a more expensive Opticron monocular, which is certainly better quality, but this comes at a price. This little monocular is much smaller and slips unobtrusively in a pocket, and yet it gives a good image. Unlike some cheap binoculars or monoculars I have tried in the past, this piece of equipment really does improve the level of detail perceived. For example, I can use it to read notices at a distance which would be utterly unreadable to the naked eye. These will suit my young boys for wildlife watching. Cheap, but not a mere toy because it gives a genuine improvement for seeing detail with significant magnification.

For the price I paid for this item I am impressed , sharp images and no blurring around the edge , better than one I payed twice as much for , I use mine for bird spotting and general viewing no complaints what so ever

Excellent for the price. I am not a dedicated birdwatcher, or particularly demanding or knowledgeable about optics, but this neat little item suits my needs (watching garden wildlife) just fine. I'm glad I bought it.

A compact monocular fits nicely in you pocket, good for garden bird watching, it comes in a nice Velcro top pouch and a lanyard for around you wrist, great monocular for the price.

For the price this is a great little pocket sized item which can be used unobtrusively when out and about, better quality than I expected if I'm honest!

This product is simple but does the trick in catching wildlife in the back garden. So far viewed numerous birds, fox, rabbit and squirrels.

Whilst not fantastic, it seems ok for the size and price and it will fit into a pocket when out and about.
