These are the first patches I have tried and I have to say I'm getting on really well with them!The title does say 7mg however I received 21mg as per the picture (which is what I wanted)I have read a few reviews which say the patches don't stay on however mine have lasted the full day and night even after a bath (obviously I didn't soak it in the water but the steam and occasional splash didn't make a different to its stickiness) and I'm finding I have to peel it off each morning. Make sure the area you place it is almost hairless and you put it in a different place each day!I have gone the longest I have ever been without smoking since I starting using these patches!

These patches are amazing, I have smoked for about 35 years.I have been on ecigs since 09.02.12 but they were becoming too convenient, sitting at my desk at work I could pick up my ecig anytime and puff away, was getting really fed up with them, then my sister said you must try the patches. My first patch I put on before bed and I woke up feeling fine, did not miss the hand to mouth action at all, it was amazing I felt so good. I have just completed Stage 1 with no problems. A couple of day's when it was really hot the patches didnt seem to stay on so had to be careful, but other than that I am so so happy. Started Stage 2 this morning. Give them a try, they are working for me.

I've been using e-cigs for around 3 years after quitting real cigs but found I was just as addicted to them, probably using them more and wasting money. Thought it was time to quit for good so bought these patches. I've now quit and not using any type of nrt. I'd tried several types of patches in the past and preferred the clear ones but wanted a 24 hour patch this time. It's quite a large round flesh coloured patch so not so good if you are wearing short sleeves. I found that they stick very well for the full 24 hours. They did give me very vivid dreams but I didn't find it too off putting. I'd definitely recommend these.

Cut each into smaller pieces if you feel that 21 mg is to strong for you. There seems to be exactly the same amount of nicotine per squere inch in any of such products the only difference being size of each patch. 7mg patch will than be 3 times smaller so cutting 21mg into 3 pieces will have exactly the same effect and will save you lots of money. Smaller pieces also stick to your skin better and don't fall off. I found the whole round pieces very annoying and after wasting one or two decided to cut one into two and then stick each half on each of my shoulders.

I have been using nicotine patches in the past and those work really well I have no cravings for a smoke. Here are my my top tips!Make sure you change the patch around the same time every day and don’t be fulled that you think you don’t need them anymore as if you do t use them out the desire to smoke will return if you don’t follow the steps!I apply the patches on my waist so fill now I never had the problem that it Us falling off or that it’s visible to others! Price is also goodGood luck everybody else

Cheaper on here than in actual shops, so you should just order them from amazon.Because of the shape and the material they've used, they match the contour of your body parts and stay stuck down much better than any other the other patches I've used. Other ones keep coming off but this one great. Definitely recommend this over any other patch.Good luck quitting!

I have been using these patches for two months and i havnt had one cigarette in that time. Before that i was smoking 30 a day. Today i came off the patches. They will help you a great deal to stop smoking, but unless you are utterly determined to kick the habit nothing will work.

I used nicotine patches before & I find Nicotinell brand the best of all, because this brand & the Adhesive patch is second to none. Those clear/ invisipatch have a strong tendency to fall off the arm . Nicotinell every time.

Good value. Prompt delivery. So far no problem with skin irritation and patches stick well. You still need willpower and the wish to quit but feeling hopeful that I may just do it this time.

I have used these patches before and they are about the only product that actually takes away the craving for a cigarette. With 4 weeks supply, this ceratinly helps quit the habit too.

I am now a non smoker,9 months ago I bought these, I didn’t follow the plan. Used for 3 weeks and that was enough for me. From 15 a day to non smoker. These definitely helped.

Could be stickier!Envelope so difficult to get into without scissors that I had to leave the room when my wife failed to uncover the scissors quickly. .....enough...!

DID WHAT IT SAID ON THE PACKET I SMOKED 35 - 40 CIGS A DAY SINCE I WAS 18 THATS 35 YEARS AND 4 WEEKS ON I DONT SMOKE WELL WORTH THE MONEY

I was a little sceptical because of the cheap price, but these patches are the real thing and work very well indeed. A really great deal.
