I just received three pairs of the NC-17 Trekking Pro pedals! With them I am going to cycle a seven-month-bike-trip through South America. They will endure hardest conditions with a fully loaded travel bike and a fully loaded semi –recumbent on our way to Tierra del Fuego. I just mounted the pedals and I have no doubt, that they will do their job perfectly!Indeed, they are super lightweight (251 g without reflectors), the bearings run extremely smooth and they are sealed twice. The slip-proof cage is fixed by four steel screws, which are secured with Loctite. Fixing straps wasn’t a problem. You can change the cage from the right pedal to the left one, and the other way round for the best position,

NC-17 Trekking S-Pro MTB Trekking MTB Pedals -Recently bought a Bergamont Horizon 3.0 trekking bike,and one of the resin pedals cracked.Did some homework and bought these as replacement. So far so good and they certainly seem well manufactured.

I find it hard to find a descent cage pedal. Most out there are rubbish.These however seem very good.
