I've been an Optimum Nutrition fan my whole life, but Muscle Pharm provides quality products for less.This MP casein mixes easily with water or milk. Tastes great. Has 4g more protein than Optimum Nutrition casein. Serving size is comparable. Number of serving sizes is comparable. AND the price is almost $7 cheaper. What is there not to like?

Tastes good. I would rate the flavor as 10/10. Simply loved and like said in few of the reviews it does takes quite a long time to mix well in the blender bottle. To mix well i would suggest to mix the protein with a slightly higher amount of fluid with it and ur good to go. Had quite a few benefits of muscle growth and recovery.

Not great mix-ability....but that's casein for you. Make sure to mix with milk in a blender with ice for best results and taste. Otherwise, no gas as others have said :) decent taste. Great for the price.

28 grams of slow digesting casein protein from a well reputable company at a great price. This also tastes great and should be in your pantry if you do any sort of exercise in the attempt to build muscle.

Doesn't taste great. But not gross. I always make sure to add ice, Tastes better and can mix easier too. Great stuff too. Had helped me maintain lean mass and the hard work in the gym is killing the fat.

a little grainy, doesnt mix the greatest but it definately keeps you full and providdes your muscles with what they need. Tastes like chocolate milk...powdered nesquik but not super sweet.

flavor is good but the texture is a little strangewhen mixed just with water alone. I mix with almond milk banana and oats right before I go to sleep. keeps me full through the night

It has a good taste but it's very thick when mixed with milk. I use a Ninja blender and it's still very thick. It's much easier to mix with water but doesn't taste as good.

Muscle Pharm cookies and cream is the best tasting protien supplement I have tried. A shake for lunch will also keep hunger away until dinner.

Its ok... Not a big fan of the cookies and cream one. Banana and the chocolate one are way better. This one has that sandy texture to it :-/

Does work well, but poor in flavor. It's very thick and chunky rather than the combat protein powder of the same flavor.

Good taste. Very hard to mix into cold milk though. Havent tried a blender. Either way, i will buy again.

Great protein to end the day off with, can see gains from using this - am currently on my 2nd container.

Super quick delivery. Great flavor. Haven't been disappointed with any of my Combat supplements.

Decent taste for adding Casein protein to a shake. I wouldn't recommend using it by itself.
