I have a blood condition called RARS that makes me extremely tired. It is a form of anemia that can't be treated.My Dr recommended B-12, and this is quickly absorbed and does give me extra energy for several hours. I stopped taking for a few days, and I noticed a big change in my tiredness. I quickly started 3 again spread out throughout the day, and my energy level improved dramatically.

It is a good way for a person to receive the Vitamin B-12 that they need. It is important for anyone over 50. This is a very inexpensive product.

This is the only sublingual vitamin b12 supplement I will buy. It works superbly with severe vitamin b12 deficiency. Highly recommend it!!!
