The poles are very light weight but very sturdy. The locking mechanism tension can be adjusted so that they can be easily operated even if the owner has not got a strong grip. Excellent value.

I find these much longer lasting than those that adjust by twisting the poles, but they're more expensive too, so probably only worth it if they will get a lot of use.

Excellent walking poles, but although it says on the shaft they are 'Antishock', there doesn't appear to be any springiness in the poles.

and robust. Bought for Himalayan trek and the easy clips were well worth the spend over the fiddly twisting mechanisms we were used to.
