Needed something capable of undoing up to 30mm nuts that are very tight on. Was mostly considering ¾ in drives as these are usually much more powerful; they are also much heavier and much more expensive.There are a lot of much cheaper ½ in drives around, several of which boast the power needed. There are also much more expensive ones. In the end I opted for this one and early impressions are that this was a very good choice.The tool was delivered promptly on Prime and came with minimal packaging. When I purchased my compressor last year, I also purchased a £30 impact wrench (as its only for home car/diy use). It was "OK" but would not undo tight wheel nuts. This as the product tittle suggests is a monster!! I have only had a quick play, but even with the first pull of the trigger I could feel the quality. It whips a wheel nuts off with ease after a slight squeeze of the trigger and I have no doubt it will undo almost anything I'm likely to throw at it. I was a little dubious about spending this much on a new impact wrench, but was it worth it? Yes!! without a doubt!

Fantastic product, easy to use, extremely powerful, made even better by the variable power settings so can even be used on smaller bolts, delivers progressive torque as well so no danger of snapping bolts (touch wood) I work in a busy commercial garage where day to day jobs range from being a Nissan micra to an articulated lorry and I'm yet to be let down, even better than the leading snap on competitor and a quarter of the price, Cannot recommend this product enough! incredibly pleased! Thanks!

I am a Heavy vehicle recovery operator, needed something at a reasonable price that has enough grunt to take off nuts from truck half and prop shafts. Even using a dingy 8mm internal diameter air hose this still had way more than enough torque. Good build quality, solid without being overly heavy. Been abusing it for just over two months now, no problems.

Brilliant air gun, really powerful and lightweight. Manages to absorb most of the shock so it’s comfortable to use.I use it in a workshop every day, never failed to undo anything. Settings to tighten and undo are great. I never used the third setting to tighten up as I’m afraid it would strip the thread!I highly recommend it, brilliant for the price.

i like the quality of the gun, i also consider it good value for money.i have used the gun for general workshop duties in a busy workshop repairing commercial vehicles. it is more than powerfull enough to cope with stubborn nuts and bolts up to 30mm head size.the power adjustment is usefull option.overall good bit of kit well worth the money.

this ks tool,monster impact wrench is a must for any home machanic with a compressor, it will blast of any stuck nut on the car,a well made bit of kit.also it is not to heavy and is nicely balanced.it will last a life time.so all in all i am very happy with my perchase 10 out of 10.thankyou.

strong gun is much stronger if I use hose 12.5mm than 8mm. Wheel nuts 160-180nm no problem just 1s. to take off. crankshaft bolt 1s to slack it, drive shafts nuts not do a problem too. But has less NM than they say, my electric dewalt has less NM but is a lot stronger than this one.

So far no problems, has undo everything asked of it on Master Vans, not yet used on trucks yet. Does state on the box breakaway torque 1650NM unlike the battery Dewalt I was opting for.

Having bought cheap in the past, this was purchased with some anticipation. Fear not! this will do more than you need. Great purchase.
