Bought this back in February 18 as a Kitchenaid UK factory refurbished item, came boxed with all accessories and looked brand new.... quality is excellent , so much quieter than an artisan with far more power, nothing phases it, batter mixes... bread doughs... pasta... cakes... it handles everything with ease.Expensive maybe but this is a once in a lifetime purchase that should last a lifetime or more, since buying it Ive also purchased a few add ons..... the pasta maker 3 roll set is brilliant, I will never again darken my doorstep with shop bought and Ive also purchased the Smokehouse Chef grinder and sausage maker... one of the only fully stainless grinders around,

Im not a professional baker or cake maker this is what dreams are made of my batter comes out to such as high quality standard. The machine is very sturdy and heavy and it mixes well at all speeds. The only thing i have to say is its not really for mixing small quantities it wont mix properly with small amounts. I find i have to keep stopping the mix to scrape the bowl down often. Getting the bowl on and off was a faff to start with now I am used to it. I love this machine alot I can over look the tiny flaws.
