Katadyn drip filters are great for anyone living in a place with questionable water sources. Most of the water I have drunk in the last six months was filtered by one Katadyn drip filter or the other.The water filtered with the Katadyn Gravidyn filter seemed clean as far as I can tell (without a microscope or any actual tests) clean, clear, and tasting pure.

We lived in Haiti 14 years and used this water filtering system the whole time. NEVER got sick from drinking water that past through the filters. We left it in Haiti with a friend and it is still doing the job. Highly recommend Katadyn

I filter 10-gallon batches of water into storage containers, then dry the cartridges out so they don't get fungussed. They last at least 6 months because of the intermittent usage.

I have a Katadyn gravity water filter and must replace the filters every six months. This is the filter that I need at a reasonable price.

Simple easy to use and it works.as advertised. Does not need electricity to work. Long lasting filters up to six months.
