Being a 9-stop filter, this was half the price of the more popular 10-stops. I think the difference in exposure time is negligible, so I am very happy I bought this one. Delivers perfect silky water and cloud movement. I'm not going to give it five stars because I have owned a Hoya 10 stop in the past and found that the tint comes off very easily when you clean it. I have no reason to believe this one will be any more robust, so you have to be very careful when you clean it. But very happy with the results it delivers.
