Does exactly as it says on the box! No colour cast not lens vignetting, just great images. Just be sure NOT to get any kind of fingerprint or water on the filter as it's a special coating and it is a pain in the backside to remove..Apart from that - anyone who knows of HOYA'S reputation should know that you're getting a stellar quality product.Able to get really decent long exposures n direct sunlight at 8seconds @ F/22.Sunsets are a dream too if you want to get a long exposure of clouds . . . easily 90+ seconds before any kind of over exposure

This is a good filter, I can't detect any colour cast and it stops dow as expected. Have taken some really good long exposure shots with this and it definitely allows a new dimension to your photographs of water and cloud. Worth the money. I note some others have remarked that it is not easy to fit, I can only say Ii have had no issues.
