I cancelled the order for similar brand due to uncertainty in the braided hose connection of 3/8". This one is truly 3/8" for connection to angle valve. Besides, no special tool in fixing the faucet itself, only a screwdriver for the crescent shaped-clamp underneath.(no longer 32mm hexagonal nut) For the pop up waste, it's a bit trickly, there is sweet spot for the long rod.(would need another guy to hold it for you during adjustment) Besides, the horizontal pivoting rod should go through the hole of the plug rod.(nothing mentioned on the brief instruction)

This is a solid well-built tap a real quality feel about it. The motion on the lever is nice and smooth and the water flow is good. Installation is quite straight forward and I’ve made a video on YouTube showing how to fit check it out but searching ‘Geek Street How to replace a Tap / Lever Tap / Basin Tap’
