I'm very happy with the product itself. Build quality is excellent. Concealed installations are difficult but look great and very easy to use. Push button controls are so useful and saves water. Tempeture control is perfect. I get the exact tempeture I need and there is no sudden flow of too cold or too hot water. Grohe have a very good video on YouTube so just follow the steps and you can't go wrong. The only grohe customer service, it's terrible and they don't sell certain spare parts. I had to find a third party website to buy the spare parts. Still gave five stars because the end result is fantastic. Probably the best rain shower in the world.

This item together with the SmartBox is very impressive. We use as bath filler, hand shower and overhead shower all Grohe items. Grohe were exceptionally helpful with advice. No need for taps simply using special bath overflow to fill bath.

This does what I wanted it to do - all three valves can come on at the same time, it looks good, easy to use, and you can control the flow of water on each one separately. Way more expensive than it should be and not easy to install.
