It's a good price for this little piece of kit. I take mine to work with me for a quick and easy stress reliever as well as a quick hand and forearm exerciser. Good tension in the coils, but like the other reviews had mentioned the foam hand grips do tend to rotate when in use which isn't the end of the world but perhaps a little glue wouldn't go amiss.

I bought these grips because of the good reviews on Amazon so I knew what I was buying and it seems the revies are spot on. The grips are good and comfortable and the only gripe is that the sleeve around the grips moves when using them, overall I am pleased with my purchase.

good product but would be smashing if the gris where glued i might do it my self? anyway i followed the over reviews and this product is great for the price :) thanks steve

I gave these a 5 star quality is I had a set a long time ago plus I'm due an operation on my hands so I can use these to try and get the strength back in my hands.

Very comfortable to use, they work very well. The writing on the side of the foam grips comes off very easily though, but I prefer them without it anyway

Decent pair of grips for the money paid, the foam covering does rotate slightly not so much that it becomes unusable, decent tension levels.
