This case has a high level of protection (I've not dropped it), it includes all buttons and ports as required.However, there are a few minor issues:1. The Bixby button is pressed by the case upon closure, I've worked around this by making Bixby a double tap.2. The card slots are very tight, which may end mean you'll end up stretching it to retrieve your cards, or using it less often.Overall I'm happy with the case, it offers great protection for my phone and has the two card slots to save carrying a wallet.

The case is quite heavy and thick which is the trade off for such a protective case. I have accidentally dropped my phone many times (running) where I thought it would crack or get damaged and it has survived with zero marks. The case also works with wireless charging which is very useful. Being so large it does impact on the sleek design of the S8 but personally for me it was worth the compromise. Amazing case.

Great item. Case fits the S8 snuggly and looks sleek an stylish. I have already dropped the phone and the case protected it brilliantly. No damage whatsoever except a scuff mark on the corner of the rubber case. Case stayed closed and didn't open on impact. Phone still works perfectly. Definately recommend the product.

Product was great for long time until I stood on it when case was folded back on itself and it broke the latch that keeps it closed still worked ok for years just would flap open all the time still one of the best at protecting phones pity s10 plus case wasnt as good build wise.

This is my second Gear4 case. I have had the same phone for 3 years. I drop my phone a lot and i do not have a single scratch or mark on my phone. It is amazing protection and definitely drop proof. The only reason i ordered a new one was my lo had chewed the top of it.

The "lock" bit is too loose. Can't even keep close in my bag and my daughter can open it so easily which isn't great because the reason i bought this to keep safe from my child. My partner has tge same on his nite 9, his one is too tight even after 2 years.

Bought for my husband. He initially bought this case when he got his phone two years ago. He has now finally replaced it with the same case. It has taken a battering in work as he has a very physical job and it has protected his phone from getting broken.

I now feel my phone is more protected, and dont worry so much about dropping it ,the case is a nice fit ,case is light weight, all round good quality , would have been nice to have a choice of colours

The clip that holds the case shut would be better if it's a magnetic claspHusband is left handed so awkward to openIt is quite stuff to open even for me who is right handed

Really really strong case. The rubber around the sides allows the phone to bounce slightly if dropped. Great case.
