I bought this product for my finacee for christmas-at the age of 22 he was complaining that he never had a slinky when he was younger. So I decided to get on the case. I had a look around and then came back to this one-and I certainly was not disappointed.It arrived quickly and the packaging was nice and smart. Out of all the presents that I had got, this was the one I was most looking forward to, and the reaction did not disappoint.Lovley,sentimental gift, put a smile on everyones face. It is a perfect size and seems very sturdy looking.Definatly recommend...

I bought this slinky thinking it was alot bigger but when i got it, it happened to be alot smallr than expected.The pictures that are shown are abit misleading as the string doesnt stretch very far as it does with the picture shown with the little girl. It is about 30cm long when it is pulled to the max and about 5cm high from the floor. But on the plus side it is little and dainty and my daughter likes to play with. I just wanted to point out that it is smaller than expected for all of those who are looking to buy it.

This toy has been around since the 1960s and is still much loved by the children of today, perhaps even more so since the advent of Toy Story. Mine (our kids) is getting on for 7 years old now and although it looks a bit worse for wear, it still works perfectly. I think the other reviewer must be reviewing a different product because these come with a piece of string attaching the front to the back end of the dog - this prevents stretching and tangling of the spring.

I don't know if the other reviewer here has a faulty one but my one is nearly 10 years old now and apart from a freying leatherette ear is absolutely fine. There is a string in the middle to stop over-stretching by excited toddlers. It's one of those toys that you don't mid laying around because these have been strewn across the nursery floors for 30 odd years and look kinda cool - better than a lot of todays over-hyped tat!

Slinky is smaller then I remember, from the picture the toys looks quite large but in actual fact its only about 20cm long, I purchased this toy for my nephew who is a big fan of Toy Story so he will enjoy it no matter the size. The price is good for what you get, if you are buying for a Toy Story fan. It arrives nicely packaged and is exactly what I was after :D

I bought this little fella for my sister in law, for Christmas. She's a great Toy Story fan, and was delighted with the toy. It's seems well made, and not expensive, it was a little bigger than I expected, which was most welcome! It arrived ahead of the estimated date, and was very well packed. Good all round.

I got this the summer before last summer. There was only 1 left so I really wanted it. As I am a big Toy Story fan, Mammy went and bought it. Really cute. Although the string comes out very short for a big 8 year old girl like me, I still take him for walkies. Believe every word I said. Hope your kids like it!

son loves it, takes it to play school and everywhere with him. Son loves toy story so this is fab change from usual characters woody and buzz. string running through spring is fab as stops it getting stretched to far and misshapen

Exactly what i was expecting.....godson loves it. Well packaged and walks great. String could do with being a little longer but doesnt make a difference really. Would buy again if ever the need

This is perfect, came in secure packaging and quickly too. This is for my son's xmas as it is the only thing he wanted from santa so i know he is going to love it. Thank you very much. x

Perhaps smaller than I expected.There is a piece of string in the middle to stop the spring of the slinky being stretched too far which is good with a toddler.

this is such a brill little toy soo worth the money quick delivery and my daughter loves toy story so its a plus for her collection... i think its really cute!

My 3 year grandson at Disneyland Paris with his parents could not get the Slinky toy. It will be waiting for him at the airport when they return to the UK.

We had a disney one before which was bigger and got tangled quite quickly, this one hasn't and has been a big success.
