There are a lot of very bad reviews of this product, but I found it to be fine.The pump works OK despite what I had read in other reviews.I bought a 75cm ball, and when I first inflated it, I thought they had sent us the wrong one because it was much smaller than the 75cm ball I already own. I was about to send it back, but on the box it states that you should allow it to stretch overnight before inflating it fully. The ball does stretch, and with a bit more inflation every day for a couple more days, it got up to the 75cm that it should have been.After talking to other peole with balls from various manufacturers, it is a common grievance that the ball gets softer as the material stretches which is sometimes interpreted as leakage.

The ball was easy enough to pump up with the supplied pump and it's sturdy enough. (for me at least - my daughter however rolled backwards off it and smashed a vase, but that'll teach her to play on mammy's new toys).I am 5'3" and the ball is just the right size.The DVD is a set of exercises which you can pick and choose from on the start menu. However, I would have liked a complete work through option from start to finish. As I tend to just choose the ones I find easiest I am not sure that I am getting the full beneift from this.But I also use my ball with Your Shape for the Wii so it hasn't been a complete waste. Plus it wasn't that expensive.Just gotta find somewhere to store it now?!!

This was purchased for my wife. She is happy with it. According to doctors and midwifes this is good for all the pregnant ladies. After searching in several sites I found Amazon to be the cheapest place to buy it.I read some not so good reviews about it on Amazon so was not sure about what I would get.I got the ball I ordered, not a different sized ball.The pump works, and it is possible to pump the ball with the pump provided.You do not need to pump it every day, once in 4/5 days you need to put some extra air in it. Considering the time my wife spends on it, I think this is very reasonable.Would recommend it to any pregnant lady.

At 750mm it's big enough to exercise with and can double up as a spare seat.It's light durable and great fun to work with, or even just to relax on.Good value for money.It takes up a fair bit of space so be prepared to store it in the spare room.You wouldn't want to be re-inflating this "balloon" too often either, so make sure you stick the plug in securely ;o)

The ball is excellent and will work well. However the 'bung' is difficult to remove for topping up with air. The design of the ball does not accept the usual bicycle pumps, however this is not a problem unless the pump which comes with the ball fails.In general satisfactory. Another example of Amazon's good service. Cannot say the same for Home Delivery though.

I work as a physio and use gym balls with patients frequently. This gym ball feels good quality and was easy to inflate. There was initlally a problem with the prder, but when highlighted this was quickly rectified and customer service was excellent. Very happy with my purchase.

75cm size was the right one to get as any smaller wouldn't have been worth it for anyone who is above average height (6 foot), having a pump is handy, quality is good as its just the same as the ones you get in the gym, does the job, its a ball what more can you say about it.

Delivery was very prompt and the ball is excellent, but sadly the pump was next to useless. After a long while pumping it filled the ball about 75%, but for the rest I had to buy an adaptor for my (tyre) foot pump.I'm still very happy with the purchase.

I was recommended to buy it by physiotherapist and consultant in order to assist me with my balance problems I have a rare form of ataxia and it helps me some,but if anybody out threr also suffer`s with balance/exercise this is a god buy.

This is a great product. It comes with a few basic exercise ideas but there are so many others once you start looking around. It has helped to strenghen my core muscles and added an interesting dimension to my normal home work out.

Despite other reviews comments I am very happy with this ball and it's very easy to use pump.I cannot comment on the DVD as I haven't watched it yet! I use the 10 minute DVD instead.

great product but i have to gave it back as i have ordered a wrong size you have to check it with your high. I'm 1m 70cm and i have to buy 65 cm the 55 is too small.

This was a great purchase - the DVD isn't the best, but it is adequate. The ball itself is great. Its strong, easy to pump up and deflate, and great to use at home.

Cheap but meets expectations. Good basis for re-education movements after injury. The DVD shows good exercices for daily practice. Recomended

This would have received a 5 star but there was no DVD included in the pack. I did not want the DVD just now but it should have been there.
