I had to give a 1 star rating as 0 stars isn't allowed. Do not buy, I only used the item a handful of times before it stopped working and I'm not able to return as the return window is only 1 month after purchase.

The base plate has melted in one place and as a previous reviewer has stated, we are unable to replace it as the return period has expired
