I bought this item nearly two months ago. However after ive place my order they delivered it within few days which was great as we just moved to new flat we needed as we have big family to feed. So when the guys came they should install it cuz I’ve paid for installation which they never did it so at that time I’ve called up Very customer service to refund me the money that I paid for installation of the chimney hood which it never happened not even today I will never buy something from Very Again so disappointed

I bought this and it comes with wrong introduction so sent it back and reordered and still had wrong instructions brackets poorly made and flimsy
