I absolutely love this bottle. I spent way too much time researching after being unhappy with multiple bottles in the past and finally settled on this one. Here's everything that makes it so great - insulated, fits in cup holders, wide mouth that allows for ice and easy cleaning, easy to clean lid, leak proof yet the spout opens in just two turns, magnetic cap that keeps it open and out of your face, and a handle that makes it super easy to carry with two fingers or to attach to your bag with a caribener clip. This is the only bottle I've been happy to carry around with me everyday. The one thing I'm disappointed with but doesn't justify giving it 4 stars is the durability. It is much more durable than the Swell bottle I own, especially the paint, but after dropping it only twice from about waist height, it dented the bottom so it won't sit flat anymore and topples over easily. I was able to fix this problem easily on my Swell bottle when the same thing happened with a rubber mallet, but this proved to be impossible with this bottle. The only possible improvement that could be made to this bottle would be to reinforce the bottom, or add a rubber pad to the bottom to help impact resistance, make it quieter when you set it down, and make it grip the surface it sits on. I'm sad to have to replace it because I've collected coffee shop stickers to decorate it with, but I'm glad I don't need to shop for a different one this time.

I'm not being over hype with that title, I am picky when it comes to good water bottles. I like a chug spout and not a straw because I've always found straw water bottles cumbersome and silly. However, finding a chug spout that is secure while also remaining convenient and functional isn't always easy to do.This Camelbak gets it JUST RIGHT. It has screw threads on top that easily twist off. The top has a magnet in it which secures itself to the side of the water bottle when open. These things are also heavy duty. Seriously. Very nice thickness to the metal and it will keep things cold for a long time. I've left ice water in the bottle that was still cold over 24 hours. Also I've dropped these bottles multiple times on concrete and they've held up to the abuse. And if your cap does managed to get banged up, Camelback offers cheap replacements for these. In terms of what size to order I feel like the 20oz is the perfect size. It fits in your hands the best while still holding a good amount of liquid. I also own a 32oz but I find at this point the bottle is starting to get too big. It becomes too thick to fit in most car cup holders so I'd only recommend the 320z and 40oz bottles for those who need a lot of water to stay cold for a while as opposed to someone who just wants a convenient everyday bottle.Couldn't recommend these enough, don't just buy one, buy 2! Or 3! You won't be disappointed.

This is a great bottle. One of the things that you need to be careful about is that you often think that it’s closed but it’s not, that’s no fault of the bottle. But often times because of the convenience of the awesome magnetic clasp I would find myself closing it and not twisting it tight and then throwing it in my car and then finding it leaking everywhere. That’s one of the cons is that you can’t put it in the cupholder in your car it’s too big so just be sure you seal it tight before you lay on your seat. But it’s a big bottle it’s not gonna fit of course. It keeps water cold for 24 hours. But don’t drop it because if you do it’ll dent of course but not only that the insulating glass comesapart inside the bottle and makes an annoying sound every time you move it because there’s glass inside of itSo don’t drop. Also the spout is great and drinking from it is easy I don’t know what it is but the air just works. I can easily drink from it in bed laying down because of the spout design

I love the camelback chute style water bottles. No straw to get disgusting and dirty; the surface you drink from is covered by the lid until you're ready to drink so it stays clean, and it's easy to drink a lot of liquid quickly. I got this bottle because my other camelback chute plastic water bottles would have sweat/condensation all on the outside when I filled them with ice&water. In addition to the ice melting too quickly, that made it difficult to place my water bottle down on wood surfaces or near sensitive electronics. This one keeps the water cold and condensation away!My review is only four stars because the cap lid is too slippery to easily grasp and unscrew. The other style of chute water bottles have a grippier plastic that is much easier to open. Not being dishwasher safe is annoying - I know at some point someone in my family will accidentally put it in the dishwasher. I hope it doesn't get ruined when that will inevitably happen.

I first bought one of these bottles at my local health food store. The other brand bottle I was using wouldn't fit in the bottle holders in my vehicles, and I ended up spilling water almost every time I used it. The 20 ounce bottles fit well in my car receptacles .I liked it so much, I've purchased several on Amazon since then. I love cold, cold water, and these bottles keep the temp right where I like it. I've only used it once for something hot, and it did fine with that as well. I mainly use the 20 ounce bottles, but I drink a lot of water, so I keep the 40 ounce ones around for backup. The only thing I think they should improve is the width of the opening. I can't fit my jumbo ice cubes into it.But that is a nit. Since it keeps my water at the temp I want, I don't need as much ice as I used to.I also like the handle. The height is perfect for me, and accommodates a normal sized straw..Great product!

This is a super tough drinks bottle! In the current super hot weather this has kept my squash nice and cold for around 4-5 hours. I'm sure during the winter it would keep tea, coffee or soup nice and hot for an equally long time. The lid design is excellent - it folds open and is help open by a magnet so there's no cap flapping in your face as you drink. The spout is nice and wide for easy pouring. This bottle is also seriously tough - I managed to drop mine, full, on to a metal railing from about 2m up. It dented the outside but was otherwise totally unharmed and continues to work perfectly. No idea if this is dishwasher safe but with the cap unscrewed the actual bottle neck is plenty wideenough to give it a good thorough clean inside with a dish cloth or similar. All in all this is an excellent drink bottle for year-round, rugged use. Highly recommended.

GOt a couple of these in different colours and sizes. The second-gen magnetic lid is much better than the previous design where you had to jam the cap into loop on the lid to stop it hitting your face while drinking, The new magnet for this job is simply intuitive and effective. As for the bottle itself, the insulation is great easily keeping cold drink cold for 24 hours. Haven't used as much for hot but has been decent the couple of times I've stuck coffee in it.Label says the cap is dishwasher safe bottle is handwash only. I've stuck mine through the dishwasher a few time with no issues.the 600ml/20oz bottle is a great size for most day to day use, decent capacity but slim enough for easy grip and stowing in a bag.the 1L size is quite a chunky wide bottle and has a fair bit of weight even when empty due to the double wall steel constuction.

I'm super happy with this thermos. I got the 20 oz which is the perfect size for me & it was $17.99, which I think is a good price. I really wanted the white one but I wasn't willing to pay $30 for it. I ended up picking blue for the better price & it's a great color. It was very easy to wash, the sponge cup cleaner I have fits perfectly inside to clean it. It says the lid is dishwasher safe & the rest is hand wash, but I always hand wash the whole thing. I love that the lid is magnetic so it's not in the way while you're drinking. The spout opening is the perfect size & it keeps my water cold for a long time. I needed it to be spill proof so the 1st thing I did was test it out.I filled it all the way to the top then left it lying on it's side & completely upside down. I didn't notice any leakage. I definitely recommend it.

This is my 2nd of these. My 1st one was an older model where the screw cap would kind of spring into your face because of the rubbery holder. This is the improved model with the magnetic so that the cap stays out of your way when you drink. It's a great improvement, CamelBak!What I love about this is 1) the size (20oz), which is perfect for me to take 2 of these along on an average hike, and 2) the insulation, which keeps your water cold. I fill it up with water and put it in the fridge the night before I go hiking. It stays nice and cold compared to my non-insulated Klean Kanteen (even ice in those melts quickly). The trade off is this is heavier...but I like cold water in the desert.Highly recommend this water bottle. If 20 oz is too small for you, they make bigger ones.

Perfect redesign of an already good (but slightly flawed) product! We have a couple of the older 20oz chute bottles and used them for years. The one I used is fine, but the ones dropped many times by our kids eventually the handles broke. This newer design is far more robust, easier to open and close, and easier to clean. Also, the magnetic lid holder is nicer to drink with, as it keeps the lid from flopping around. As with the original, it offers excellent insulation, is easy to chug fluids from (slightly larger opening than a long neck beer bottle) fits in a bike bottle cage, and has an excellent seal strong enough to contain carbonated beverages (if you’re into that)

This is the 4th CamelBak vacuum insulated bottle I've purchased, mostly because the other 3 have been commandeered by my wife and kids. Two other Chutes - in 20oz and 40oz - and an Eddy in 20oz, in particular. They all keep cold items cold all day so long as they start cold and have at least 1-2 ice cubes.Keep in mind that you should hand-wash the bottle portion EVERY TIME. Seriously, spend another $3 or so and get a bottle brush. The cap can be put in the dishwasher, but it's so easy to wash alongside the bottle that I just spend the extra 1-2 minutes washing it by hand, as well. It'll last forever if you treat it right.

5th one I’ve bought. Never had a problem with them, I just lose stuff all the time. Don’t like the new top as much. You could open/close the cap of the previous one with one hand (only a half turn). The top was also attached by a ring and strap so you could fill it with one hand. Can’t do that anymore, but still an excellent quality bottle, durable, and keeps things cold al day. I fill it with ice water in the morning, refill with water throughout the day, and still ice when I get home. Recommend! But if anyone finds any of the ones I’ve lost, could you just send the top back to me, please?? ?

First of all amazon delivery speed and delivery agent behaviour very good.Secondly camelbak water bottle quality and durability are remarkable.I have already bought a bottle of this brand that fascinates me.this water bottle is vacuum insulated so the company promises that any beverage will keep 6hours hot and 24 hours cold and that's really true.bottle grip really very good.this bottle is the second best stainless steel insulated bottle in the world that I will recomanded on everyone. Finally thanks to amazon for delivering such a great product to the buyers.

I truly love this water bottle. I had originally bought the older model from Marshall’s and ended up leaving it on the train. I was so upset that I did that and needed to replace that bottle immediately, and so I ordered one on here and got it delivered in 2 days. I like the newer model much better than the older one because it doesn’t leak at all and the lid is magnetic. I will continue using this bottle as much as I can. It’s worth the money. I literally take it everywhere and it keeps my drink cold for almost 2 days. I’ll never misplace this one!! :)

This CamelBak Chute Mag Vacuum Stainless Water Bottle, 20oz works fine in a standard bike bottle cage holder.I did find that the cap was too much trouble to use while riding and drinking on a bike while moving with one hand.I found that a whole Nalgene "ON THE GO 63mm CAP" screws on to fit the bottle well, and so i replaced their entire cap with the "ON THE GO 63mm CAP" so now i can easily get a nice cool drink while in motion on my bike using only one hand, as the ON THE GO CAP easily flips open and closes with one hand while still riding a bike.
