I bought this as my first ever epilator when i became sick of shaving. Heard of Braun brand but thought they were expensive. Came with 2 different cups which go on top. One massages and stimulates, i believe this helps deal with pain. The on button has light built in which helps notice hair (great idea). Overall i am satisfied with product and it hurts much less than i expected. I wouldnt buy a cheap crap one. This one also comes with cool pack which u put in freezer before using epilator (also helps). Item is lightweight and small. Note it comes with 2pin plug so i can only use it in bathroom in 'shavers only'. Price is good for the name of brand

Ive never used one of these before, so was a bit apprehensive at first. Made me jump a bit, but second time around this is much easier so my advice is buyer persevere! Im delighted with the results and will continue to use it. No more next day stubble, it really does exactly what it says on the tin!
