The online purchase process was very fast and simple. The only thing I did not like is the fact that they do not include import taxes (in my case Mexico), which turned out to be 30% of the cost of the racket (even with that extra cost, the price was below the other websites and physical stores). The shipment was in charge of DHL, and from Barcelona to Mexico City it took only 4 days. The racket was just the one I ordered, packed in perfect condition, completely new. Outside of the absence in the specification of the import tax collection, my shopping experience was excellent and exceeded all my expectations. Unbeatable price and shipping speed.

I demoed various Babolat Pure Drive rackets and the 107 is a perfect blend between size, power and control. I highly recommend for intermediate to advance players.
