A while back I took up tennis after a break of about 20 years and tried starting with my old racket, things gave certainly moved on!The pro at the club suggested this racket and I am very glad he did.The good things about it are as follows:It is very light which means it is easy to handle and quick to moveThe sweet spot is huge so it's very easy to hit the ball nicelyIt generates a lot of power, you can make the ball move shockingly fast with little effortIt looks goodIt has a very large head so volleys and just generally hitting the ball is easierIt absorbs a lot of vibration so it's not tiring to useIt virtually plays the game for you, certainly makes me look a better player than I am.I've seen men and women of all shapes and sizes playing successfully with these. The only down side I can find is that it doesn't generate a massive amount of spin but then that was the least of my worries for the first two years of playing. I still keep it as my spare racket. It really is best way to get from "Beginner" to "Intermediate". Given my time again I would buy it again.

I'd probably still be playing with my 20-year-old racket if I hadn't recently broken a string on it. I demoed a couple of other rackets (i.e., borrowed my friends'), and loved them both immensely. But the reviews for this racket were so unanimously favorable, and this racket has been around for quite a few years, that Head must be doing something right, or this racket would have joined others on the scrapheap of time. So far, I haven't been disappointed.I make for lack of skill with enthusiasm and mobility, but this racket has taken my game up a notch. Despite its large head size, it's lighter than the racket it replaced. With a big sweet spot and lots of power, both my serve and ground strokes have improved. My only quibble is that I loaned it to one of my tennis partners who liked it so much he went out and bought one of his own…on Black Friday for half what I paid. As he said, "timing is everything."

I'm late 50s, but still play an aggressive style of tennis. I have been told by racquet shop pros that this racquet is designed for younger fast swinging, heavy spinners and that it won't suit older styles of play. Nonsense. This racquet has transformed my game. As the years roll by, I was finding it harder and harder to reach shots that previously I might have made. This incredibly light but very stiff racquet means you can get it into position for a shot really easily and you don't seem to lose much power - particularly useful for volleys where fast reactions are essential. Some loss of some serving pace is possibly the main negative (although age is probably the biggest factor),but once you get the timing right, the improvements to the rest of your game will compensate. I've introduced many people of similar age to this brilliant racquet, and they all love it. Great price too!

I have played tennis for 35 years to a competitive div 1 essex county league std, I bought this racquet to replace my old ti s6 which lasted 12 years. I am very pleased that it is still available esp as it is approx 1/3rd of the price i originally paid 12 years ago!!, the racquet is the lightest on the market atm and so very powerful, however if it is strung near the top of its max tension ie 65lbs it is possible to also achieve excellent control. All around the head ti s6 provides the right balance for me of power and control on all aspects of my game - serve, volleys and groundstrokes. Amazon delivered in 2 working days and the racquet was strung and in new condition. 5 stars for the head ti s6,amazon and racketworld

Fantastic. Best racquet I've ever had. Light, terrific balance and the sweet spot is humongous! I've gotten back into tennis after about 20 yrs. After reading a lot of reviews and going to a couple of sport stores, I decided on this one. But the stores within driving distance only had down to 4 1/4" When I learned how measure for the "right size" I started searching 4" or 4 1/8". -- so you measure from the large "mid" line in the palm of your hand to the tip of your ring finger - that should be the right size. I measure just under 4". This 4 1/8" feels marvelous! I was so glad to find it on Amazon. This is also the preferred racquet of our HS tennis team. :-)

i bought it with my friend from a sports shop. as a beginner its a wonderful racquet and also when u r learning tennis late (say after 30) or when u r above 60.i have broke it....but repurchased.it is such a hit tht 5 of us purchased the same model. easy to handle, comfortable, larger sweet spot, thus more forgiving. if u r making a transition from badminton to tennis. this is what will recommend. it is very light...so when u have learned tennis well u can purchase smthing else. though few of our friends continued with this model only. because of its easy handling u can experiments in shots. for hard stroke play this racket needs more power.

Its a very good racquet for the beginners. Noramlly when the beginerrs start hitting the balls you will get a severe arm pain. Even i had a severe arm pain with my old racquet. It was recommended by my friends. While playing you don't even realize that you are holding the racquet. It is that much light and powerful. Once i bought this product, it really improved my shots and the game .Its a great price for such a excellent racquet. In our group we bought around 5 racquets. This is a very good racquet for the beginners. I highly recommend this product.

Bought this for my 16yr old Niece. I got the 4 1/8 grip for her small hands. The second she grabbed the handle she loved the size of the grip and the weight is super light but yet it has a strong frame. The racket looks & feels nice and the weight balance are fine even with the slimmer grip size.I'm fully pleased with this product and would definitely get another with a bigger grip for myself. It's a Head racket, the look and feel of this racket is very high-end.My niece loves its. I would highly recommend this to others.

I switched to Ti.S6 from a Wilson K Factor KPro.Pros:1. Much lighter racket that my previous racket, which makes it more maneuverable. This gives me more control of the swing, especially my backhand2. Definitely easier on my elbow3. Feels like this has a bigger sweet spot4. Forces me to focus on swing and technique to generate power, not a bad thing5. My previous racket gave me more pace and control on serve and volley - I miss the old racket especially when I am at the net.

I have hit with this racket for 5+ years and it is very light weight, strong and delivers a high quality return on strokes, serves and overheads. The sweet spot is a fraction outside the middle towards the end-of-the-head and is large enough to allow forgivable volleys and return of serve strokes. I have purchased additional rackets (babolet, wilson) that cost much more, but that simply can't fit my game. This is a great racket for kids, high schoolers or those over 50.

Hello!I wanted a good beginner racket that wasn't a cheap $30 racket, but also didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on one. This was right down the middle and you get what you pay for. Plenty of forgiveness in the larger face, yet still allows for great shots when you hit it in the sweet spot.If you are going to bother playing tennis more then 5 times a year, spend the extra $30-40 and just get this racket over some cheap $50 one.Hope this review helps!

Bought this racquet because I was told by a long time tennis player that I would not be able to continue playing with a Wal-Mart tennis racquet. I love the feel of the racquet. My tennis game has improved substantially, and I can actually control where the ball goes. My wife and in-laws were stunned with the difference it made in my game, considering I have been working on tennis for about two weeks now. Great product for new players, I am a huge fan already.

I'm somewhere between an intermediate and beginner player for my disclaimer. Had a beginner wilson racquet for 30 bucks or so but wanted something more lightweight. This fitted the bill with a nice large face. Very powerful with good control. Played only one game and a quick practice session so can't comment on durability. If strings hold up unlike other reviews have stated, giving 5 stars. Grip is excellent as well. Well made and worth the price so far..

I played all through my childhood and through high school, but stopped in my 20s. No in my late 30s, I always wanted to play again and decided to pick it up now that I live next door to a court. This racquet is perfect for someone who hasn't picked one up in years, but still have the built-in skill set. I'll probably use this racquet for years. I'm not a competitive player... just for fun. Lightweight and comfortable. This is perfect for me.

This racket is terrific. It was recommended by my sister because my arm was bothering me with my old racket. This racket is very light and powerful. My arm feels much better, my game has improved and the price on amazon is phenomenal. It is a great price for such a high quality racket. I highly recomment it.So much so - this is my first time writing a review and I have been buying from amazon for years.
