Comfortable, but maybe not for running as they ride up. I could just about do 5k in them. Will just them for workouts instead as they are comfortable and quite cool fabric.If chafing isn’t a problem they’re ok to run in.

Shorts will be fine for the gym but the inner shorts ride up whilst running which is really disappointing.
