Excellent bike lock. Very happy to leave my bike with a couple of these locked to it.Over the years I have had several bikes stolen. The majority of them were locked so I have tried several types of locks.I was advised by a friend to use an Abus locks due to their security rating and have been very impressed with these.These locks have lasted well against the weather and are still in the same condition as when I received them.I have a couple of these locks. They are quite bulky and heavy but as I take a backpack it doesn't matter to me

Most amazing easy to use safe-feeling lock, my bf has a cheap version which is always a fiddle to do up and undo --and I am just next to him sliding in my key and (!!important!!!) hear/do/wait to hear/feel!! the "click"" of the lock in my hand and all is good/secure (quickly locked or unlocked).The mantra I live by and teach my child: always buy the best quality available/you can afford -- and this lock is a combination of the known abus quality combined with a pleasure to use

So far so good and our bikes haven’t been stolen- does that mean it works?The construction of the chain doesn’t appear to be the best and I’m not sure that a set of good bolt-cutters wouldn’t cut through this as though it was made of cheese.That being said, if a bike thief wants your bike, a bike thief will get your bike. The best thing to do is use several locks as both a visual deterrent and an aid to slow a bike thief down.

Very pleased. This is certainly a security chain i feel confident with using especially how things are now, the locking mechanism is smooth no problems with the lock sticking. The cover covers the full length of the chain so not a worry about marking your bike and it is not too heavy. The 110cm will secure two bikes locked together. Recommended.

The only way to really know a lock wasnt good is by having the locked item stolen... So meanwhile its a great lock. It looks strong and i didnt see any buyers complaining about jammed key as I experienced with the Kryptonite chain i used to have, so i hope it really will stay smooth.

One of the best cycle locks on the market at a reasonable price without paying silly money. However you dont get an almost unbreakable lock by it being of thin steel so the lock weighs in quite heavily. That's the price one has to pay for security. luckily I have panniers.

Good lock. Nice and long, so you can easily lock your bike to fixed objects. Lock mechanism keeps running smooth. I recommend it. Only reason why it doesn't get 5 stars is that the keys can be a bit thicker and shorter to avoid bending and breakage.

It feels so solid and heavy. It must be very secure because my bike is still where I left it so 5 stars for now.Jokes aside, it's the second one I buy and It won't be the last if I ever need another chain. Easy to lock/unlock.

Very good chain, sturdy and resistant. Nevertheless is quite easy to carry, and not excessive heavy. I wouldn't use it to leave my bicycle outside overnight, but I reckon it's perfect for short stop-over.High quality product.

Easy to carry and it would be hard for any casual thief to get leverage on it to burst it.The very name ABUS gives you confidence.easy to wrap around a tree, fence or post of most diameters, holding yout bicycle safe.

Have had 3 Bikes Stolen, have gone by the reviews on amazon about this chain. Very impressed by the delivery service, ordered Wednesday night arrived Thursday afternoon. Have used the locks. So far so good.

Definitely secure but being strong metal it's really heavy so I only take it out if I know I'm going to be leaving my bike somewhere dodgy or overnight. I use this in addition to my D lock.

Heavier than our bikes, and worth more than them, but hey, nothing was stolen and the secure nature of this heavy duty product was deterrent enough for anyone thinking of a quick getaway

I bought this padlock for my new e-bike as a second padlock and I'm very happy as it is silver rated and I can carry it around my waist and it's not too heavy

easy to open/close - long enough to hold wheels with frame - solid materialusing this with Dlocker and happy with my choice
