I got this 120cm lock, as the 85cm lock wouldn't have been long enough to lock my bike to a lamp post. It has a silicone cover, that protects the paintwork on the bike. It is very heavy, but that's a good thing. It is ultra strong. Any opportunist bike thief will see this lock and not attempt to steal your bike!! The Abus security rating on this lock is "10" (which is within the maximum security level that Abus give) I'd give this double the stars if I could. In closing, I'll say this....if you have a good quality bike, and you want to deter your bike being stolen, then buy this lock. It's expensive, but it's worth it!!

It is long enough to pass through a wheel and the frame and looks very secure.I also have the pinhead security bolts for the wheels and seatpost - replace your quick release wheel bolts!I mounted this directly to the water bottle fixings on the frame.Unfortunately it does make a rattling noise when riding.I have checked and it is not the mounting itself which is a very good fit and holds the unit away from the frame.It is a minor gripe, but then it is a lot of money. Might try some elastic bands.Overall I am happy to recommend this

The product is good quality and it folds properly making easy to carry on the bike.It's long enough to go around most of the anchor points you can find in a city. Easy to open but sometimes not that easy to lock and move around objects due to its rigid design.Unfortunately, it didn't last long against London's thieves that opened it with a grinder in less than a minute and stolen my brand new bicycle in front of my house during the day.

It is a high quality product and I just love the way it fold up making it easy to transport in a bike bag. It does come with its own carrier which uses the standard attach points on the frame but this will block my water carrier.Whilst not totally flexible it does go round the bike and bike racks fairly easily. I am glad that I got the longer 1.2m version.

Orginally I bought a good quality "U" lock but the inconvenience of its size and shape meant I avoided using it. This might be expensive, but the convenience of having a good quality and flexible lock strapped to the water bottle holder on the bike means you always have it with you.

reasonable weight really,much more than i expected.i have another U lock and the maximum level is 9 which is the same as this one ,i m not sure the jionts of the lock is strong enough but it looks more comfortable when equipting on the bike

Very strong and so good I have 2 attached to different bikes although it is easy to move from one bike to another ( one bike is in U.K. and one in France.Very heavy and not suitable for road bikes, both mine are ebikes.

Good lock and I believe secure. But it is really heavy. I changed it to 90 cm lock.
