Put this rack on my son's cyclocross bike (32x700 wheels), which has fenders. Thanks to the adjustable stays this rack fit easily; unlike other racks we tried.

It does the job. It could brings a thinner nut (to avoid chain hit it) and some rubber washer (to avoid some noise on the "forks").But it's ok.
