I received it promptly and fitted it to my bike.It doesn't raise the handle bars as much as I thought it would and I haven't yet had the opportunity to try it out.It looks and feels very well made so I guess it should be ok (I think its made in W.Germany)

Bought this as the road bike's handle bars were too low and non adjustable. Found this did the job raising the height by at least 2 inches which may not sound a lot but did the trick for me.
