This is the finest china that Villeroy & Boch produce, as far as I am aware. The dishes are very thin yet very strong, well made and make food look good (always an advantage). They are dishwasher safe and those that I have owned for around eight years have been through many times without detriment.Plates are purchased individually, which makes it easy to replace any breakages as well as build a set gradually. Items are not gift boxed but ship in bubble wrap usually, so if you are thinking of gifting, be aware that you will need to purchase a box or similar.
