Hello I recently purchased a Ranger 55 and this tool pouch recomeded to go with it. I feel, but i'm not sure because it may be manufacturing problem, BUT the knife hardly fits in the pouch at all to the extent that only about a third of the velcro flap makes contact with the pouch velcro, it feels insecure for such an expensive and beautiful tool. Can anyone enlighten me, is this proper pouch and if so why is it such a bad fit.This is a real shame because the pouch is quite well made, in fact more than that and i'd give it 5*, though practical though i can only say 3-4* because its not the quality that befits the knife its supposed to be made forI am genuinely disappointed Simon

If it's any help, the brown pouch 4.0548 appears made for the 111m Workchamp which is a snug fit (See photo). The 111mm Outrider is a bit loose and any 91mm (standard size) Victorinox is too short and the wrong shape when viewed from the side. Somebody needs to do a website devoted to Victorinox pouches as there are about twenty different types (at least) and very little documentation on which pouch fits which knife.

this the one you need for the 4-6 layer Work Champ knife I got the wrong one (black one) first and its just not going to fit, knife is excellent and case is excellent and definitely recommenced unless you want holes in all your jean pockets...
