Great product here are the facts: decent serving of protien per scoop. Creatine included. BCAAs included. Magnesium and Zinc for recovery. All that you need in one. Mix with water for faster absorbson into your body post workout. Add milk if you wanna slow it down and have as a night drink.I've seen good gains using this. I take BSN Cellmass post workout followed by this, no aches or pains and great recovery!Mix ability is good and tastes okay, I prefer French Vanilla or Strawberry to Dutch. But hey all tastes are different

I was recommended USN from a long established body builder. Previously I had been using Maxi-muscle Cyclone, which I was happy with but found it carried too many carbs from the sweeteners it used. This is a lot better and tastes pretty good. Following instructions it suggests one scoop pre-workout, then two scoops post workout. Following this I've seen some pretty good gains, I feel stronger and have more power and less painful days following workouts. Well recommended.

I have tried many different protein shakes and this one is by far the best Ive had. I used to use USN 100% whey but wasnt seeing many changes with it or feeling too many benefits. I thought I would give the hardcore whey a try and I seriously cannot fault it. Taste is fine (mixed with water) and I never ever ache after working out and when I dont use the shake I ache like mad so it definitely works!!

This product is by far the best protein I have tried. After years of trying out different ones I have finally found the one for me (hard gainer). Hence, I have stuck to this protein now for a good few months and intend to do so for the foreseeable future. Will defo buy again. Very good protein.

Not sure I've actually noticed any gains or increase in my performance... but I'm somehow still convinced it's working. USN always produce good products so I'm sure this is doing me good at some level. It tastes really good though, so I'll keep buying it and give it a solid 4/5 stars.

I dislike the taste of this so much, it smells horrible and it's a struggle to drink.apart from that its an amazing supplement which works.I take two scoops a day, one in the morning or afternoon and then one after workout and it works.

This has to be the best protein shake I have ever had. Whey protein to keep you lean and defined. Tastes good too, I put it in the smoothie maker with water and shake it up that way, makes it so thick like a real milkshake.

Great product. This is the 2nd time I've bought usn hsrdcore and to be honest I will continue using it. I have seen some great improvements in strength, tone and increase in muscle size. I would definitely recommend...

This protein came 2 days early, massive container, pretty much full, and tastes gorgeous, specially with milk! I have a good feeling about this one:)Would recommend it to anyone, top service too!

Tastes a little strange, kinda like a slightly coconuty chocolate, though I'm not familiar with "dutch" chocolate. Mixes better then Optimum. Great shake at the current price, will be buying again.

THis product is very good value for money has it has many servings in 1 container as u don't need any more than 3 scoops in 1 day
