I bought these for my daughter for school as she keeps losing her sports socks after PE. These were bought in panic as she'd lost them - again - and i needed them for the next morning so I bought them with prime same day delivery which was just brilliant and saved me lots of stress. Of course she found them later that day after i'd ordered new ones... However they were filthy so we needed to use the new ones anyhow. She acually prefered these socks to her old ones and said that they were really nice. They aren't as pillar box red as her school shop ones but they are still red enough for school. I think these were actually cheaper even with same day prime delivery than the school socks from the official shop.

I bought size 10-13 child(28-32).Best socks I've ever bought.Polyester..but with well cushioned(really) sole and toe area. These socks go around ankle/shin guards with ease and still remain in place. This is due to correct material weave and elasticated rib(not constrictive) in right area. The rib in these socks are real ribs and not different weave in material to give rib effect. You will not be disappointed. I've yet to see a better contructed sock. Material at rear/calf area is different knit to allow 'stretch'(clever,because if in shin area,pads would shift). Also, they are correct width at toe area for a human foot. No excess material capable of accommodating an extra 2 toes.

Bought these for my son, 4, for playing rugby and football to wear in moulded boots (size 12). They are a good thickness with a well cushioned foot area. He wore with new boots on Sunday for 1 and a half hours, and seemed comfortable in them - they also stayed up well.I would note that they're thick, so you may need to go up half a foot size in the shoes - but the same would apply to any decent sports sock.Would buy again. Good price compared to his team socks which are £10 a pair.

These socks are fantastic! My main criterion when choosing socks for my young son is how easy they are to get on and off over shin pads, as it can be very tricky with some socks. These are brilliant - lovely and stretchy, and, for the first time, he can now get himself ready for football. They are also a great fit and, apparently, very comfortable. Add to that the very reasonable price and, all in all, a great buy.

At last, socks that are big enough for adult male players (I got the largest size available). The largest may look very large on arrival, but once they are on they feel just right. Decent quality feel too. That said I don't know how they will be long term, but too many other "adult" socks just don't fit the chunky amateur once the shinpads are on!!

Good solid socks that reach just over his knees and can be folded back sensibly to just under his knees. Nice bright colour and plenty of expansion room for under-shin-guards without being loose. They look hard-wearing and have reinforcements where necessary. Recommended

A lot of padding in the foot and long enough to to go over shin pads. I am usually a 45 and the 41-44 for me fine. Great value for money. Only dislike is the orange colour is more of a yellow/orange, as you can see in comparison in photo, but sure other colours fine.

Bought these for a simpson’s Halloween costume to give me yellow legs! They were perfect colour and stayed up without issue. No idea if they’re any good for their actual purpose or sports use lol but can’t fault them if you’re after simpson yellow coloured legs!! ?

These are so good for little one who plays football. Good material and washes really well; we usually play outdoors and socks tend to get muddy, so very important that they wash well. They are a bit on the long side but prefer that especially as it's colder now.

These socks are much cheaper than the main brands but they are equally as good. They have a padded comfort sole and great elastic. There is no branding apart from on the sole so they will easily pair with any other branded kit.

bought for my grandson,who is footie mad,his football training is off until the new year so not sure how they wash,but he loves them long and they seem to be just what he wanted.many thanks,quick and courteous service

Great value for money. I've had several pairs of these in the past and all kept elasticity and colour and only eventually gave in to wear and tear. Much better than previous 'brands' I've used in the past.

It is not the first time that I buy them and I will continue buying them because they like they are comfortable and resistant. Quality, perfect price .... I recommend them 100 x100. They go above the knee.

Bought for a 13 year old hockey player. Washed repeatedly and have kept their colour and shape well. The quality is good, not too thick or thin. They are comfortable and importantly, the price is right!
