I had a similar pump for many years, but unfortunately something got spilled on it which rotted the plastic & rubber parts.This pump is well built with several metal parts, such as the locking lever and nozzle cap. I had no trouble inflating my mountain bike tyres to 40 PSI using the integral pressure gauge. The gauge is calibrated in both PSI and Bar, up to a maximum of 150 PSI (11 Bar). For some reason, only every 3rd value appears on the scale- so it goes from 30 to 60 PSI, with 2 black lines in between, representing 40 & 50. At the bottom of the gauge is a 3mm hex bolt, which can be adjusted to calibrate the display.The pump is comfortable to use, with rubberised grips at both ends.
