This bag is very light and packs up nice and small (stuff it, don't roll it )It insulates well for such a thin bag, and the synthetic filling does a good job.The temperature rating on this is accurate though, so don't think it'll keep you warm at anywhere below 5degrees CelsiusI have used this twice, once in May on a unusually cold night and I was pretty chilly at 0 degrees Celsius with a base layer on and using a sleeping bag liner, and once camping out in 7-10 degrees Celsius, when I was nice and warmThe mummy style bag is snug and the zips work well and smoothlyI like the colour of it too.Overall a decent bag, there are a lot of cheaper alternatives thoughIts a good abg to have as an option as I tend to just wild camp out for one night and can check the weather forecast, however I wouldn't want this to be my only sleeping bag if I was away for longer, and I'd rather have a bag thats too warm than too cold !

This was my first mummy style bag and I was a little worried, but I haven't had any problems! I'm 4'11", so I got the short and it's perfect. Roomy in all the right places, but not excessively so. Packs down REALLY well. I originally purchased it based on the ability to fit in my bag, it takes up even less room than I allotted for it! Used every day for a month while working on a boat and then during multiple camping trips. Zipper can be a little finicky, but nothing major. As mentioned by others, it can get a little cold around the 45 degree mark (I slept through high 40s), but nothing that a pair of pants wouldn't have fixed...I was wearing shorts and a tank top. :-PDuring the camping trip,I used the included straps to attach it to my sleeping pad, could get a little frustrating if you move around a lot, but worked well for me...I only move around a little during the night.

The sleeping bag is packing down really small and very lightweight.I only put 4 stars because the remobable straps synergylink connectors are to small to attatch to the Thermarest Neoair Camper SV (large). "Integrate the bag with a mattress for optimal comfort and efficiency". Unfortunately I will not be able to have that benefit, it is a real pity.Appart from that, I couldn't find anything wrong

I do love Term-a-rest products. This is a silky smooth sleeping bag with plenty of room for an average size person. It’s comfotable and mostly warm. I would recommend this for around 7 degrees but any lower I would be wearing a jumper / jacket to bed. It compresses down well to help with size in a hiking pack. It’s low weight is also an excellent feature against the product performance.

I really liked the over the head feature of this sleeping bag, and used that feature each night on a 3 day backpacking trip at Isle Royale where it was maybe 45 degrees at night. I slept in my underwear and just a shirt and this kept me quite warm all night.

Definitely a nice quality bag. I do miss the full length zipper and it is cooler than my old slumberjack but I really enjoy the compact and light weight for backpacking and bwca trip.

Good lightweight summer bag. If you intend to take it down to 45 be sure to bring adequate weight base layers for sleep. Not super roomy but I’m 6’1” -200# in the long and I fit
