In the backpacking and wildcamping community Thermarest have a solid reputation and a loving following. When you own and use one you understand why. Comfort and build quality are sublime. I previously bought a cheap £15 airbed and that lasted one night and led to a miserable 2nd night, So then bought a Thermarest one and i kid ye not when i say these are bombproof. Don't bother with cheap airbeds as they will let you down and ruin your mood. Get one of these and have peace of mind and a great nights sleep. No they're not cheap but can you really put a price on a good nights rest after a 20 mile hike?. No.

Used this for 2 nights in Dartmoor in mid Jan and was thankful for having it.Rolls down very small and is easy to get in the little bag supplied. It's a bit of work to get it blown up but u could use either one of those inflation bags or a pump.Once up I was much warmer than expected. With a good sleeping bag (robens) it's a winning combo.

Easy to inflate by mouth and a very comfortable/warm sleep. Packs up smaller than that traditional therma-rest and it a little lighter too.FYI the airbed is designed for warmth over 'comfort'. By separating you from the cold ground your sleep bag is much more effective. The comfort is simply an added bonus :)

Amazing, really light and small, comfier than the roll mat. Seems very warm don’t lose a lot of heat.The regular is fine for me at 5”8. Makes a more enjoyable sleep. Dosnt sound like a bag of crisps I have no idea what people are talking about.

Love love love. I should have bought one sooner. Packs up light and extremely comfortable. I used to be able to get away with a thin foam pad when I was younger, but my 30 something self needs this to sleep well while backpacking!

We found these mats very comfortable. You can even sleep on your side without getting a sore hip! They were easy to roll up and get back in the carry bags after use too.

An excellent mat, light and warm. It rustled a bit when you move on it, but I don't find it too loud, and neither did anyone else sleeping in the same room or tent.

Never thought I would pay so much for an air bed but I can see why others have recommended it, as a side sleeper I found it very comfortable.

I am told this is a super comfy warm camping mattress, tested out in winter conditions and hubby came home without frostbite or hypothermia!

Awesom used it for the dragons back - the toughest 5 day mountain race in the World. Small, quick to pump and take down and comfortable.
